Attached to this post you will find PDF versions of the 2023 New and Renewal Scorecards that will be used to Score Project Applications submitted to MCOC for inclusion in this year’s NOFO submission to HUD. Both Scorecards include a section at the bottom for Supplemental Information. These Supplemental Questions are for informational purposes only, and responding to them is completely voluntary.
