2023 New, Renewal, YHDP, and Planning Project Applications are now accessible in esnaps!
The 2023 Instructions and other materials have not yet been posted. They will be posted at: https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/comm_planning/coc/competition
In the meantime, the 2022 instructions are still available at that location, and should be enough to get you started – however, they will not include any new questions or new guidance, so do not attempt to complete or submit your application until you have thoroughly reviewed and compared the 2023 Instructions to your application line by line to ensure it is complete.
