The Maine Continuum of Care is updating our timeline for the FY 2026 CoC NOFO Local Competition.
As of 4:00 today, July 13, 2026, Project Applications are still not available in the e-snaps system. All New and Renewal Project Applications must be submitted to MCoC through e-snaps. In light of this unanticipated delay, we have adjusted our timeline.

This additional time is intended to assist applicants as we await the opening of e-snaps and prepare for a competition that includes new scorecards and the potential for new project applications. We recognize this is still a very tight timeline for you as you submit your application.
HUD continues to require that Continuums announce project selection results at least 15 days prior to the federal application deadline. Based on the current NOFO, the Maine CoC anticipates announcing project selections on August 10, 2026, allowing time for any appeals before the final HUD submission.
If HUD extends the national application deadline, the Maine CoC will adjust the local timeline as needed and communicate any changes promptly on this website.
