Below are the Scorecards that will be used to evaluate Renewal Applications submitted to MCoC in the 2026 NOFO Competition.
MCoC is posting this information so that renewal applicants will better understand how their applications will be evaluated, and so they can be sure to include relevant information where possible in the narrative portions of their submissions. New Project Scorecards will be posted once those are finalized. Any additional information that becomes available will also be shared on this site.
These Scorecards refer to the MCoC Supportive Services Requirement Policy. The Policy is included here for reference.
