The 2023 Maine Continuum of Care Point-in-Time and Housing Inventory data has been submitted to HUD. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the information that goes into these reports – from HMIS End Users and Volunteers conducting surveys on the night of the count, to the Hub Coordinators, Program Managers, and Agency Directors who helped facilitate the flow of communication, materials, and people needed to make this happen. Special shout out to April Reed of the MaineHousing HMIS Team for the MainePIT.org website, working with SimTech to bring the Counting Us Mobile PIT App to Maine, and combining all the data from all the sources that gets entered into the final reports.

Below is the HUD PIT Report for all Household Types. There are separate tabs for Households with both Adults and Children, Households without Children, and Households with only Children.

This next report is for Veteran Households – these are a subset of the households in the previous report and are included in those numbers.

There is a similar subset report for Unaccompanied Youth and Parenting Youth Households, but the link to generate it in the HUD HDX system is not working properly. That report will be posted as soon as it is available

And here is the “Summary” of the Housing Inventory Count information (WordPress will not let me upload the entire HIC chart – it’s too big).

Lastly, here is the MaineHousing PIT Report, using this same data but presenting the information in charts and graphs, showing changes over time, and including geographic breakdowns. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out (stibbitts@mainehousing).
