As Maine’s Continuum of Care’s Resource Committee looks toward 2019, we were looking for input from the community on what you would like to see for trainings. In 2018, we had Fair Housing, Educational Rights and Protections for Children and Youth under McKinney/Vento , BRAP and Shelter Plus Care Rental Subsidies, and Social Security Disability Claims and Finding Success through SOAR.
Two trainings that we are looking to provide next year will be on the “Equal Access to Housing in HUD Programs Regardless of Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity” rule and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act.
