Volunteers will be utilizing Simtech Solutions, Inc. Counting Us mobile app for the 2025 Point-in-Time Count. It’s important to review the materials below to familiarize yourself with the app before the night of the count.
Getting Started – This one page document will show you how to download the app. **For “Step 5: Join a Count”, enter “DEMO” as the set up key.
Getting Started Video – This video provides an overview of accessing the app, navigating the app, and a review of the surveys. *Please note: the “Volunteer Portal” is an additional feature we are not utilizing this year. Also, the “Unsheltered Survey” and “Sheltered Survey” are the only surveys you will be administering.
