Data is a critical tool for driving change in communities. Two updated resources are available for Continuums of Care (CoCs):
- The National Summary of CoC System Performance Measures has been updated to include the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 results. This summary includes a printable report and a link to a visualization site that allows CoCs to adjust the data for their local analysis purposes.
The full System Performance Measures dataset has been updated, and includes data through FY 2023, as well as additional information for the Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) category, CoC award amount, bed coverage rates, and data quality assessments.
