2016 PIT Unsheltered Count Webinars (the two sessions will cover the same material)

Wednesday, January 20 – 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
This webinar will cover general information on the Unsheltered/Street Count portion of the Point-in-Time and the data collection process for the 2016 PIT Unsheltered Count. This webinar is for outreach groups and volunteers who will be assisting in the 2016 unsheltered count. Attendees must register prior to the training date at one of the links below. Attendees should only register for one date, as the same material will be covered in both sessions.

2016 Housing Inventory Count (HIC) Process Webinar
Wednesday, January 13 – 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
This webinar will cover the 2016 Housing Inventory Count (HIC) process for homeless service providers. The HIC is a point-in-time inventory of beds dedicated to serve persons who are homeless. This webinar is for any project with beds dedicated to serve persons who are homeless in the state of Maine on the night of January 27th, 2016. Attendees must register prior to the training date at:

HMIS Reporting for the 2016 PIT

This webinar will cover the Point-in-Time sheltered count HMIS data collection and submission process. We will cover the use of Point-in-Time (PIT) related reports in ServicePoint.
