You may have heard by now that the Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) is working with MaineHousing to transition the HMIS Lead Agency role for the Maine Continuum of Care and will officially take over on January 1, 2026. ICA will hold 2 information sessions in December providing an opportunity to learn more about the agency and what they will be doing in their new role.
