Maine Housing will be funding the Supportive Housing/Emergency Shelter Repair Program again this year. The Program funding is now available to address the property rehabilitation needs of both the Supportive Housing properties and the Emergency Shelters who receive Emergency Shelter Housing Assistance Program funds (ESHAP).

The 2022 SHP/ES Repair Program will offer a five-year forgivable loan at 0%. Loan terms may be as minimum as $5,000 to a maximum of $200,000 per property. Maine State Housing Authority will continue  with the  pre-application process/inspection prior to submission of the formal application package for the SHP/ES Repair Program.
