Each year the Maine Continuum of Care (MCOC) establishes scoring and ranking criteria and tools for New and Renewal Project Applications submitted as part of the annual HUD CoC NOFA Competition.
The links below will open copies of this year’s Scoring and Ranking Protocols, and the Scoring Tools to be used for New and Renewal Projects. These materials are being posted in advance of the Project Application submission deadline of August 30, 2019 so that all Project Applicants will have an understanding of what factors MCOC will be considering during the scoring and ranking process.
