The Maine and Portland Continuums of Care will be hosting a forum and site visit with the Boston Field Office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on May 4, 2016. Attached is an agenda with details and HUD informational publications.
The focus of this forum ………..
- Share information on State initiatives that are playing a major role in reducing homelessness
- Discuss efforts for the Coordinated Entry Process
- Discuss strategies for engaging local PHA’s in collaborative planning activities
HUD will be attending the monthly Portland Continuum of Care meeting in the morning, join the Joint CoC Board for lunch and participate in the Forum Discussion in the afternoon.
All events for the day will be hosted by Opportunity Alliance, 50 Lydia Lane, South Portland, ME
The joint CoC forum discussion will take place from 1 – 3pm and there will be a conference call in number available for those that cannot be there in person.
